Alexandra Bell has called Belleville home for 13 years and been with Three Hills since May 2018. She studied Arts and Contemporary Studies and minored in Marketing at Ryerson University and brings a wide range of experience to the team as our Office Manager. Outside of Three Hills Engineering she is usually busy volunteering at the Belleville Theatre Guild, acting in The Improvmonauts or playing keyboards in the band Bad Tractor.

Lisa, is an Architectural graduate from Loyalist College (1999) and joined the Three Hills team in February 2022 in a newly developed role as Project Coordinator. With over 20 years experience as a designer, project manager and construction manager she is well equipped with a diverse skill set in this industry. In her spare time, she enjoys creating home decor, hosting crafting events and keeps herself young by volunteering as a leader of a local youth group.

Meghan graduated Loyalist College with an advanced diploma in Architectural Technology in 2016, and has since worked at several architecture firms in Ontario before joining Three Hills in 2019. She uses Revit to create architectural drawings and prepare complete building permit applications for residential and commercial projects, as well as 3D rendering and concept designs. Meghan has BCIN qualifications in Small Buildings.
Architectural Designer
Dheeraj graduated with a Master’s in Civil and Environmental Engineering at Western Uni in June 2018. After completing his education, he started with Three Hills and has been working with the team, since Dec 2018. He contributes to land development projects involving site topography plans, grading plans, servicing reports and drawings and storm water management plans. Dheeraj enjoys gaming, playing guitar and loves spending time with friends and family.

Nadia is a graduate of Western University’s civil engineering program. Nadia joined our team in Spring 2021 and is settling in as a key member of our civil engineering team. Outside of Three Hills she is getting to know our new area, which she looks forward to as spending time outdoors is a favourite way for her to spend her downtime.

Jayme graduated from the University of Western Ontario in 2018 with a degree in Studio Art and Art History. She then went back to school and graduated from Loyalist College in 2021 with an advanced diploma in Architectural Technology. Jayme joined Three Hills directly out of school. She combines both her eye for design and details from her Art Degree with her practicality and technical skills gained from her Diploma. Jayme uses both Revit and AutoCAD to create architectural plans, 3D renderings and schematic/conceptual designs for both residential and commercial projects. Jayme is currently working towards her BCIN qualifications.
